The Madrid Theatre is an award-winning theatre recognized as a beautiful historical landmark that provides both a luxury space along with exceptional service to couples that are planning their wedding. The theatre’s beautiful old-world décor and two-level floor plan provide a distinctive setting for weddings. Custom layouts give you the option of incorporating both the ceremony and reception in one space – so that guests never need to travel to a separate location.

 

Personalized planning services are provided to all couples, complete with detailed preparation planning and flawless day-of execution, ensuring that the wedding day is stress-free and that each couple is able to enjoy their day to the fullest.

 

A bar minimum is requested for weddings. Minimum details can be found below.

CEREMONY & RECEPTION PACKAGE

The Madrid Theatre offers a ceremony and reception package for those clients who wish to incorporate the ceremony and reception in one space. This package includes the all-inclusive offerings above plus 1-hour allotted for guest arrival, ceremony, 5 hours allotted for the reception, 1-hour rehearsal time 1-2 days prior to the wedding, and balcony set up for a post-ceremony cocktail hour.

Saturday $7,500

Monday – Thursday $4,650

Additional Notes: Extra event time is available for $500/hour + applicable labor costs. Holiday rentals are provided at the Saturday rental rate. A bar package and minimum are requested for each event.
